Emily Rudo ’23, an environmental studies and public policy studies double major, educational studies minor from Howard County, Maryland, was one of four invited panelists at the biennial NOAA Chesapeake Bay Environmental Literacy Forum held on January 22, 2020, in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.
