A group of students, faculty and alumni attended the Society for Neuroscience (SfN) 2024 Annual Meeting at McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago from Oct. 4-9, 2024. Over 21,000 attendees came from all over the world to present their research, learn about others' research and participate in professional development workshops and networking opportunities.

Professor of Psychology Aileen Bailey recently presented on “Adding Advanced Data Science Skills in Psychology Laboratory Courses” at the Annual Conference on Teaching Psychology sponsored by the Society for the Teaching of Psychology (Division 2 of the American Psychological Association). The presentation focused on mechanisms to scaffold and embed data science instruction and skills in psychology courses which connects to a joint project with Associate Professor of Psychology James Mantell.
