Alumna Carolyn La Rocco ’15 to Receive Wolfson Postgraduate Scholarship in the Humanities

Alumna Carolyn La Rocco ’15 (history) recently received official notice from the Wolfson Foundation of her receipt of a Wolfson Postgraduate Scholarship in the humanities, providing full funding of her Ph.D. in ancient history at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. For her Ph.D., she will be looking at history and archaeology of the late antique Iberian Peninsula. La Rocco is currently completing a master's degree in classical archaeology at the University of Oxford, and previously completed a master's degree in ancient history at St Andrews, also earning the School of Classics MLitt Prize and Dean’s List Award.
