St. Mary's College of Maryland recently instituted an Open & Inclusive Housing Policy which allows students of different genders to live in the same room in select residences. Eligible residences include suites, townhouses, or apartments. In addition, the first floor of Prince George's Hall has also been designated an Open & Inclusive Housing floor.
