This Grievance Process to Resolve Complaints of Sexual Harassment (the 'Procedures') provide a process for the prompt and equitable investigation and adjudication of complaints of Title IX Sexual Harassment, Other Sexual Harassment, and Retaliation (together, 'Prohibited Conduct') as defined in the Policy against Sexual Harassment (the 'Policy') of St. Mary's College of Maryland (the 'College' or 'SMCM'). These Procedures apply to address complaints of Prohibited Conduct against students, employees, and contractors at the College.
