Group fitness yoga classes will be held from 12 PM to 1 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the MPO ARC Movement Room, beginning Tuesday, November 5th.
All levels of fitness and experience are welcome! Modifications for any fitness level will be provided. Classes integrate classical yoga postures with mindfulness to build flexibility and strength, reduce stress, and gain mental focus. Open to students, faculty, staff and community members.
