Keep your family, guests, and customers safe from food-borne illness - learn key strategies in food safety. This class is designed for those preparing and/or handling food at home, in food service facilities, or at temporary food events. Certification through this class is a required component for those food service facilities seeking Gold Star elite status in food safety through the St. Mary's County Health Dept.
All students/staff/faculty/community members welcome. This event is jointly sponsored through SMCM and the St. Mary's County Health Department.
