Presidential Search Listening Session - Alumni

The Presidential Search Committee and search consultants will receive input from the SMCM alumni community to inform the presidential search process. All alumni of SMCM are welcome and encouraged to attend.

For those unable to attend, an open session will be conducted via ZOOM on Friday, September 20 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

• What are the key agenda items you would like to see our next president address? Three to five years from now, what will you see that tells you that the right person was hired?
• What are the key qualities, qualifications, and experiences that our new leader will need in order to achieve the above?
• What makes you most proud to be a member of this community, and why should an outstanding candidate seek to join us?
