The Library at St. Mary's College of Maryland welcomes and encourages gifts and donations. Gifts made by avid readers and collectors have enhanced the library's collection over the years. Materials may be offered to other libraries, faculty, staff, or students, or included in our annual book sale to raise funds for new acquisitions. In recognition of a donor's generosity, a bookplate may be placed in each item added to the collection, if so desired. A letter of acknowledgement, including the number of items and format, will be provided to the donor if requested.
