Hi, our names are Triana Wallace and Yotam Delayahu

We are conducting a survey to discover the extent of Food insecurity among college students on the SMCM campus, and whether farm to campus programs can help alleviate some of the sources for food insecurity. You will be asked to fill out a survey composed of 33 questions and should take about 10 minutes to complete. All answers are completely anonymous.
