Relay for Life "Starry Night" Remembrance Walk

Help us blast cancer out of this galaxy by joining the socially-distanced SMCM Relay for Life Remembrance Walk!

April 16, 2021*

7:00-7:45 pm 

The walk will start at the Campus Center and participants will be released in batches to follow the path around St. John's Pond. We will end the event with a luminaria ceremony to remember those we’ve lost, celebrate cancer survivors, and show everyone affected by cancer that we are the light in the darkness. 

SMCM students, staff & faculty will be required to show their Wellness Center "cleared" notification at check-in. Any non-SMCM participants will have a temperature check and be required to fill out a symptom screener. Survivors and caregivers encouraged to attend if they feel safe to do so.
