Associate Professor of Psychology Scott Mirabile's 2022 eLife article ("Equity, Diversity and Inclusion: A guide for writing anti-racist tenure and promotion letters") was recently selected for inclusion in a collection of "Learning Resources for Scientists" which provides useful resources, tools and guides on a range of topics (e.g., research skills, activism) for the professional development and benefit of scholars and researchers of all career stages.  The journal's social media manager described the creation of this resource, saying "[t]he decision to compile these resources was inspired, in part, by conversations with the eLife Community Ambassadors. This global cohort of early-career researchers highlighted the educational gaps many of them face. They are keen for access to more free resources, such as [Mirabile's] article, that help bridge these gaps."
