  • Anonymously contact a Wellness Center therapist at www.smcm.caresforyou.org

  • Call the 24/7 Helpline at 240-895-4200 to talk to a professional therapist 

  • Same-day appointments are always available for urgent concerns

  • Staff and faculty members may call to directly refer a student for support 

Health Care:

  • Appointments available every weekday afternoon

  • Over-the-counter medications are free - ask at the front desk
