“Kali” is the story of a young student haunted by the goddess Kali for his crimes. A short ten-minute horror film starring SMCM alums Brandon Mackel, Valerie Weitz, and Kait Johnston-Napora, as well as TFMS prof. Mark A. Rhoda, “Kali” was a two-year effort by TFMS alums Kevin Glotfelty and Dirk Dupre, who will both be on hand for a short Q&A afterwards. Completed in 2019, the film is currently being previewed at festivals all over the east coast and was recently screened at the 5th Annual Southern Maryland Film Festival.
