Are you a club member, faculty member, staff member, office, or division that provides life skills programming to our campus community?

Please take a few minutes to complete our SMCM JED Life Skills Survey! Please click the following link: SMCM JED Campus Life Skills Survey

The SMCM JED Campus team is looking to gather information regarding life skills programming offered throughout the year on campus. It will take only a few minutes of your time to complete the survey.

What are the benefits of completing the SMCM JED Life Skills Survey?

-Completing this survey will help us to determine what life skills programs are currently being facilitated on campus

-The survey will also allow us to identify if there are any deficit areas in life skills programming that are currently not being offered

-Shout outs! The SMCM JED campus team will compile the survey response information and ensure it is accessible to the campus community on our SMCM JED Campus website. This will help students to be informed of the appropriate group, club, or office that facilitates the particular life skills program.
