A flyer for the Maryland Commission on LGBTQIA+ Affairs Community Needs Assessment with a QR code, URL, and contact information for survey participation and inquiries.

Maryland's Commission on LGBTQIA + Affairs is conducting a Community Needs Assessment. The purpose of the project is to explore the needs of LGBTQIA+ individuals living in Maryland. Participants (must be 18 or older) are asked to complete a brief, 15-20-minute questionnaire to share their experiences. The survey runs through December 1, 2025. You can access the survey through this link.  Sharing your experiences can help the Maryland Commission for LGBTQIA+ Affairs and the state government better understand the experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community. If you have questions regarding the study, please speak with Dr. Nicole Hollywood, the principal investigator, who can be reached at 917*854-7408 or nahollywood@umes.edu. If you have questions about your rights as a survey participant, please get in touch with the Chair of the Institutional Review Board at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Dr. Jennifer Bobenko, by calling 443-614*9226 (cell) or emailing jcbobenko@gmail.com.
