Thanks to donations to the Neurosciences Program at St. Mary's College, students can apply for up to $300 of support for research projects or conference travel. Funding may be used for supplies for directed research or to cover travel expenses for students presenting their work at scientific conferences.
Please fill out the application at least 4-6 weeks before you anticipate needing supplies. For summer research projects, make sure to apply by May 1st. Applications are reviewed by members of the Neuroscience faculty, and recommendations are made within 2-3 weeks of application. Make sure to discuss your application with your research mentor and ask permission to list them before applying.
