News Release: Respiratory Illness Testing Operations Change at SMCHD Health Hub

The St. Mary’s County Health Department (SMCHD) is announcing the closure of drive-thru testing for COVID-19, influenza, and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) at the Health Hub in Lexington Park effective April 11, 2025. 

COVID-19, influenza, and RSV testing will still be available for community members, by appointment only, at the following locations:

  • Spring Ridge Middle School-Based Health Center
    • 19856 Three Notch Rd Lexington Park, MD 20653

  • Margaret Brent Middle School-Based Health Center
    • 29675 Point Lookout Rd. Mechanicsville, MD 20659
    • Call (240) 434-6060 to schedule an appointment.
