The Registrar’s Office and Office of Information Technology is pleased to present the training schedule for learning the new student portal and specifically, registering for Winter Term. All students planning to take a Winter Term course are invited to attend training on the new Anthology portal and be the first to register using the new system. The training is approximately 50 minutes long and will be held in the training lab on the third floor of the library. The training schedule and registration can be found at https://smcm-it.libcal.com/calendar/OIT. OIT will monitor training registration and add additional sessions as necessary. If you cannot attend any of the scheduled sessions, please either book a one-on-one session via the ticketing system: https://servicedesk.smcm.edu/ or stop by the OIT office and we will help you.
Registrants will receive a print training guide and access to the portal during training. By the end of the training, students will be able to:
·Log into the new portal
·Review their student information and class schedule
·Search for courses
·Register for 1 Winter Term course
