Professor of Chemistry, Kelly Y. Neiles was quoted in Science magazine's recent article, "HHMI decides it takes a community to improve undergraduate science education," which describes the recent Howard Hughes Medical Institute's Inclusive Excellence 3 grant process. As part of this grant, St. Mary's College of Maryland will engage with 14 other institutions within a Learning Community Cluster focused on the evaluation of inclusive excellence in teaching.
