As part of National Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week, the SMCM Hunger-Free Campus Task Force is holding a food donation drive to support our on-campus food pantry, Solomon's Shoppe, as well as the Church of Ascension food pantry in Lexington Park. Donations may be dropped off in DPC at the Office of Community Outreach & Engagement or at the Counseling Center in Margaret Brent Hall, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Additionally, donations will be collected at the Thanksgiving 5K held at Historic St. Mary's City on Nov. 23 at 9am. Please refer to the flyer for the list of most-needed items. Note that canned goods with flip-top lids are preferred.
Thank you for your donations and support of creating a hunger-free campus and community!
