Biography

Dr. Talha is a faculty member, researcher, and consultant in marketing. He earned his Ph.D. from Universiti Brunei Darussalam (2019) and brings over 20 years of combined experience in academia and industry. An active faculty member since 2010, he has taught a wide range of marketing, management, digital marketing, and marketing analytics courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He has developed and delivered specialized courses such as Marketing Strategy, Marketing for Startups, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.

His research focuses on consumer attitudes and behavior, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and business case studies, and he serves as an active reviewer for several marketing and business journals.

In addition to teaching and research, Dr. Talha has held administrative roles in Program Management and Career Development. Before joining St. Mary’s College, he served as Associate Director of Career Development at Canisius College (now Canisius University) in Buffalo, NY, and as Program Director for the MBA and MBA Executive programs at IBA Karachi, Pakistan.

His consulting work centers on advising organizations on marketing strategy and business development. Leveraging his extensive industry experience, he has remained actively involved in career development and recruitment and is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW).
