Biography

Dr. Emily Rost graduated from St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2016, where she majored in Psychology and Spanish. After SMCM, Dr. Rost worked at Johns Hopkins University conducting neurology research. Dr. Rost started her graduate career at Virginia Tech in 2018 and graduated in May 2022 with a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Master's in Data Analysis and Applied Statistics. She currently works as a Research Scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization in Alexandria, VA. Dr. Rost is so excited to come back to the SMCM and share her love of I/O Psychology!
