Adrienne Dozier

Biography

Adrienne Dozier joined St. Mary's College of Maryland as the Program Assistant for the Center for the Study of Democracy in February 2014. Transitioning to the Kent Hall academic building in 2017, she supported over 30 faculty and managed the building's use and care for five years. In June of 2023, Adrienne joined the Institutional Advancement team as the Office Manager for Alumni and Development Services.

Adrienne has over 20 years of experience in organizational management, event planning and program support. Prior to joining the Center, she held positions within the St. Mary’s County Department of Human Services, the City of Sarasota (FL) and the City of Falls Church (VA), as well as other nonprofit agencies offering services and programs such as the National Kidney Foundation and the March of Dimes. Adrienne’s portfolio includes project coordination, grant writing, fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and administrative support to senior leadership.
