The Department of Land Use & Growth Management is hosting a series of drop-in Open Houses as part of St. Mary’s 2050: Charting Our Tomorrow, the County’s long-range Comprehensive Plan.

About the sessions: 

  • informal, open-house style events

  • attend at any time during the listed hours - participate at your own convenience

  • designed to encourage one-on-one conversations to gather perspectives 

This long range plan will:

  • guide 

    • future land use

    • growth

    • preservation decisions  

  • protect 

    • the County’s unique character

    • natural resources

    • quality of life 

Community engagement is essential to building a shared vision for the future.
