Auditions for THRESHOLDS: Short Plays About Migration, Diaspora, and Border Crossing are Tuesday, Feb. 23 from 4:00-6:30 PM in the Bruce Davis Theater.
Auditions are open to all students, staff, faculty, community members - anyone who is interested in performing!
These 10-minute plays were written in a Performing Arts department Playwriting class last semester in collaboration with student and faculty researchers across campus who have an interest in or experience with the subject of migration. All of the playwrights are SMCM students. Actors will be asked to take on roles in multiple plays, but the time commitment for early rehearsals is not as intensive as it would be for a full-length production.
