Have you studied the piano before coming to college and are now considering whether to resume piano study at SMCM? Come and play for piano faculty members Brian Ganz and Rie Moore and talk about whether college study would be a good fit for you! Piano auditions will be held on Thursday, January 22 from 1-3pm in Studio Z (room 134) of the Dodge Performing Arts Center. But don't let the word "auditions" scare you. It is not necessary to play from memory, nor is it necessary to play an entire work. Just plan to give Mr. Ganz and Ms. Moore an idea of your level of piano proficiency. All who have studied the piano are welcome, no matter how long it has been since your last lesson. If you aren't sure, just come and see what's possible!
