Program Assistant Internship
This PAID internship begins immediately and will run throughout the Spring 2026 semester. Interns support a range of workforce and STEM initiatives, assisting with meetings, program development, research, budgeting, and data management. The role includes helping maintain social media for Workforce Programs, conducting outreach to members and partners, and supporting event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination. Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing meeting notes are also part of the position. Interns will review program evaluations with staff and participate in professional development and networking opportunities.
Training & Mentorship
Interns receive regular mentorship, training, and exposure to a variety of professional and leadership styles. Opportunities to explore individual interests are encouraged.
Qualifications
Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organization and attention to detail, experience with program planning, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred: Creativity, initiative, ability to work independently, and familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
