Congratulations to Molly Rands, the November winner for the Seahawk Spirit Award!
Molly Rands works in the Admission Welcome Center and was nominated under the Team Award category.
This is what the nominator shared about Molly: "I nominate Molly Rands for the Team Award. Molly works in the Admission Welcome Center as part of the small but mighty 3 person Enrollment Operations team under the umbrella of Enrollment Management. Molly manages the admission main 5000 line, admission email address, text inbox and so much more. While she does not serve as the front desk receptionist, she greets all visitors with a friendly hello and makes everyone feel welcome. She keeps things running smoothly and on time! Everything from gathering travel materials for counselors to go on recruitment travel to the thousands of various mailings that leave our office each week. Recently she managed all aspects of set up of check in at our open house on November 15 as one of her colleagues was out sick. She took over that responsibility and handled it effortlessly. I'm grateful to be able to work with her!"
As the monthly winner, Molly will receive 5 meal tickets to the Great Room and a certificate of appreciation.
