Breakthrough T1D Mid-Atlantic volunteers are hosting a community meet-up at the Leonardtown Library (23630 Hayden Farm Lane, Leonardtown, MD 20650) on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The meet-up is to get to know other members in our community, share tips and stories, or simply network with our peers. This is just a chance to meet and connect with those who are going through the highs and lows of type 1 diabetes and to support each other. All are welcome.
