The Healthy Minds Survey launches today Monday 11/3 and ends on 12/5!
Who: Students 18 years or older
What: The Healthy Minds Network, on behalf of St. Mary's College of Maryland, is conducting a campus-wide survey about student health and well-being called the Healthy Minds Study (HMS)
Why should you participate?
Personalized Insights: Completing the survey can help you understand your mental health better and take proactive steps towards self-care.
Contribute to Positive Change: Your input can impact how we address mental health issues on campus, improve support systems, and create a healthier environment for everyone.
On average, the online survey takes 25-30 minutes to complete and is a chance to reflect on important topics in your life and campus community

About two weeks after the survey closes, the Healthy Minds Study team will provide the email addresses of participants winning local incentives to your institution, which is then responsible for distributing those prizes.

You will be automatically entered into a national sweepstakes for one of four $250 gift cards and one of ten $100 gift cards.
The drawing will happen in the summer at the University of Michigan School of Public Health in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We'll email the winners to let them know how to collect their prize!
