Reminders:

  • EAT and HYDRATE before your appointment!
  • Bring a state-issued ID (permit, driver's license, passport) so that you can be checked in for your appointment.
  • Check the email account used to sign up for updates from the Red Cross. If unable to keep your appointment, please follow the instructions to cancel or reschedule. This opens the slot for another donor.
  • Save time with RapidPass®. Complete your pre-donation reading and health history at RedCrossBlood.org/RapidPass or with the Red Cross Blood Donor App before your appointment.
  • Eligibility questions? Call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or visit RedCrossBlood.org
  • Those who donate will receive a $10 e-gift card to a merchant of their choice. Additionally, all who come to donate will automatically be entered for a chance to win one of three $5,000 gift cards. See RedCrossBlood.org/Harvest for details.
