With a record 2,164 attendees expected this weekend, Hawktoberfest 2025 officially kicks off this afternoon at 2 p.m.
If you haven’t registered yet, you can still join the fun — walk-up registrations are welcome this year. Stop by Daugherty-Palmer Commons (DPC) to register and pick up your Hawktoberfest bracelet(s) between 2–8 p.m. on Friday and 8 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturday. The cost is $25/family, $15/individual and free for our “Solo Seahawks” (students whose families cannot attend).
Many of the weekend’s activities are free with your wristband or allow on-site payment, making it easy for everyone to take part. This family-friendly celebration is open to all members of the SMCM community.
While river cruises are sold out, a few crab and shrimp dinner tickets remain for Saturday evening’s HawktoberFEAST. Those can be purchased at DPC.
