We are thrilled to announce that Kalyn Ciriaco will join St. Mary’s College of Maryland as the Professional Pathways First Year Coordinator, starting Wednesday, September 3, 2025. In this role, Kalyn will oversee the hiring, course scheduling, assessment, and training of adjunct instructors for the Professional Pathways first-year classes, integral to the College’s LEAD curriculum. Additionally, she will hire, train, schedule, and co-supervise student peer-to-peer career mentors (P2Ps). As a member of the Center for Career & Professional Development (CCPD) team, Kalyn will report to the Director of Professional Pathways.
Kalyn holds a Bachelor of Arts from Salisbury University, double majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies (Gender and Sexuality) and Psychology, graduating Cum Laude. As a Psi Chi member of the International Honor Society for Psychology, her academic background and commitment to student development will greatly strengthen our program.
