Drop-in Yoga Classes - Spring 2025

Students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members are invited to attend drop-in yoga classes this semester at the MPO ARC movement room.

Mondays and Thursdays - 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM in person and livestreamed on Zoom (see link below)  - with Elaine

Mondays - 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM (in person only) - with Elaine

Wednesdays – 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (in person only) – with Christine

This is a drop-in, mixed level class that integrates classical yoga postures and mindfulness to build flexibility and strength, reduce stress, and gain mental focus. Emphasis is placed on self-care, and synchronizing the breath with movement.  Classes include modifications appropriate for all levels of fitness and experience.
