2024-2025 Student Parking Decals

To all students,

Student parking decals for the 2024-2025 academic year are now available for purchase.  Please read the following information carefully:

1. Decals will be available for pickup starting August 1, 2024 at the Public Safety Office.
2. Students with any unpaid parking citations will not be able to purchase a new decal until all citations are paid.  You may pay any outstanding parking citations by clicking this link: SMCM Parking Portal
3. Spaces in residential lots are issued on a first come first serve basis.  Please ensure you receive email confirmation that your application was received.
4. We do not offer a fall semester only permit for Residential students.  If you only plan to live in housing during the fall you will need to purchase a decal for the full year.  If you depart housing and will no longer need your decal at the end of the fall semester you may request a partial refund.

2. Please read the instructions provided on the web site.
3. You will need a photo of your SMCM ID and your vehicle registration card to upload with your application.

Please note that we will process all applications as soon as we can after they are received.  Your application will hold your space.
