Are you looking for a dynamic defense internship at Patuxent River Naval Air Station for next summer? Check out these awesome opportunities open to you!

SYSCOM Security Cooperation Office (SSCO) International Programs: Applications close on Oct. 6th, Apply here!

  • A paid, 10 week long summer internship program for current college students interested in a structured entry-level training program that could lead to a full-time career upon college graduation supporting International Programs for the U.S. Navy as a federal employee. Ideal candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, government and politics, international relations, or related fields.

DCAIP (DoD College Acquisition Program): Applications close on Oct. 11th, Apply here!

  • Like NREIP, DCAIP is a paid, 10 week long summer internship program that targets college students interested in pursuing STEM fields, but also students who have interest in contracts, cost estimating, logistics, Business, and several others. Applications are open to students enrolled full time as either a sophomore or junior in college (not open to rising freshmen or graduating seniors)!

NREIP (Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program): Applications close on Nov. 1st, Apply here!

  • A paid, 10 week long summer internship program for college students interested in STEM fields. Applications are open to rising freshmen through rising seniors!

SMART (Science, Mathematics, and Research for Transformation): Applications close on Dec. 1st, Apply here!

  • A highly competitive scholarship program that will offer to pay for the student's remaining years of tuition (whether undergrad, or graduate degree) on the condition they agree to work for the Department of Defense after graduation. In addition to tuition coverage, participants also receive annual stipends, and are guaranteed internships not during the academic year (during summer and/or winter breaks).
