Join Annesha Edwards-Carter, Jakai Jordan, and Helen Ann Lawless for a three-part discussion series on the intersection of anti-Black racism and sexual violence. Over the three sessions we will:
- Review the history we're often not taught about racism and sexual violence
- Talk about the ways in which harmful trends from the past impact present experiences of sexual violence against people of color
- Brainstorm potential solutions for our community and for the nation
This is a student-prioritized space. Please share these event details with your students! These events are related but act as independent sessions. Students may drop in to any event without needing to attend the other sessions.
