Zumba is back for the spring semester! Join us in the Movement Room every Monday and Wednesday starting January 22nd from 6-7 for a Zumba party!
So what is Zumba? Zumba is a workout class that is focused on fitness through dance, and it is open for everyone and for all levels-no previous dance experience is required, I promise! Just be sure to bring a water bottle and a towel because you'll be working up a sweat!
