Opportunity for Parents and Children: Baby Day!

Dear members of the SMCM community,
I teach Infant and Child Development (PSYC 331) and I'm looking for parents and their infants/toddlers (0-2 years) willing to visit my class this year for "Baby Day." My students consistently describe these visits as the most fun and eye-opening part of the semester; they will be thrilled and thankful for your participation.

The date for "Baby Day" is flexible depending on respondents' availability/interest: Tuesday 2/4, Thursday 2/6, or Tuesday 2/11.
The class meets from 2:00-3:50, though I'd ask only for an hour of your time (could be from 2:30-3:30 or 3:00-3:50 depending on respondent availability/interest).

I'm looking for mothers (partners welcome) and infants/toddlers (0-24 months) for a Q&A / panel discussion of issues such as pregnancy, labor/delivery choices, infant development, parenting choices, etc.

If you'd like to help out, please respond to spmirabile@smcm.edu to let me know which days work for you. If you know of a parent who may enjoy participating, please feel free to pass this information along, as I am always happy to bring in new parents and children from outside the SMCM community.

Many thanks,
Scott Mirabile
