The Office of Public Safety in partnership with the Lexington Park Baptist Church is conducting a Women's Self Defense Class. RAD (Rape Aggression Defense Systems) is a program of realistic self defense tactics, concepts and techniques. It is a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance. BE EMPOWERED to make a plan of action to defend yourself no matter physical condition or age (13-80 years).
*Registration and parental consent required (13-17 years of age) Forms will be sent via email after sign up
