SMCM Counseling Services is partnering with Santé Southern Maryland, our local crisis provider, to give 24/7 mental health assistance. Because this is a community service, it is available for anyone to use, including staff and faculty on campus. Santé Southern Maryland's 24/7 crisis hotline provides assistance with the following:
- Behavioral health issues and concerns, including suicidal thoughts and/or plans
- Substance use
- Intellectual disabilities
- Resources
- Mobile crisis teams who manage in-person services for those with more intensive needs

If you have a Student ID Card or One Card with the previous 24/7 phone #, please stop by the Counseling Center and we'll give you a sticker with updated Santé info
