St. Mary's College of Maryland Orchestra Concert, March 5

Media Celebrity Hillary Howard joins Jeffrey Silberschlag, music director and The St Mary’s College Symphony Orchestra as narrator, for Prokofiev’s famous orchestral allegory “Peter and The Wolf.” 

Hillary Howard is a longtime DC journalist who hosts the morning news and politics show “Sunrise on the Hill” @DCNewsNow. She also hosts “It's Academic,” the world's longest-running TV quiz show. Her local career is highlighted by award-winning reporting at Fox5 and WTOP Radio where she anchored afternoons for 16 years. Hillary's an exuberant explorer who loves to travel and learn about everything. 

The concert program also includes works by Mendelssohn, Enesco, and Piazzolla

AND: for Jazz fans: Hillary will join Jeff, on Friday  March 6th at Pier 450.   Hillary appearing as Jazz vocalist with Jeff on trumpet, will be joined by the DC based “Craig Silber Jazz Trio.” Reservations required for Pier 450
