Art Share Series presents Jennifer Cognard-Black and "Books that Cook"

The St. Mary's County Arts Council will present Jennifer Cognard-Black for its November Art Share Series.  Cognard-Black will host a discussion about the cultural work of recipes and give a short reading from her anthology of the literatures of food, "Books that Cook."  

This discussion and reading is part of Leonardtown's First Friday event on Friday, Nov. 2 from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. at the St. Mary's County Arts Council, 22660 Washington Street.

There will be copies of "Books that Cook" for sale at the event.
