Biography
Taylor Goad is a multimedia artist, animator, and graphic designer whose work explores illness, care, and the experience of inhabiting a sick body. Their work draws from personal experiences with cancer treatment and combines humor, craft, animation, and graphic design to examine vulnerability and the absurdity of medical experiences. Taylor brings with him industry experience as a graphic and motion design specialist at the marketing agency, A Bright Idea, Bel Air, Maryland, 2019-2023. Taylor earned an MFA in Intermedia and Digital Art from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in 2026.
