"I’m very grateful I have the opportunity to attend this school where I feel part of a welcoming community and know that I can always seek help if needed academically, emotionally, and physically."

A woman with straight, light brown hair and a light blouse smiles slightly, standing against a solid black background.

Raina Crew ’24 earned her Bachelors in Psychology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 2024. During her time at St. Mary’s, she was actively involved in the campus community as a coxswain for the Women’s Varsity Rowing Team, completed an externship focused on Public Health and Advocacy, and worked at the Career Development Center as a Peer to Peer Career Mentor. After graduating, Raina continued her education at the University of Maryland School of Social Work, where she earned a Master of Social Work in 2026. Now a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), she works as a school-based mental health therapist at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Raina’s experiences at St. Mary’s helped shape her path and prepared her to support others through counseling and mental health services.
