Kati Peditto ’15 earned her PhD from Cornell University's College of Human Ecology. She has recently joined the design firm DLR Group as a senior design researcher, exploring the relationship between people and their environment. Throughout her career, she has also been a professor and researcher. A keynote speaker on designing spaces for neurodiversity and mental health, Kati draws on her own experiences as an autistic woman with ADHD. She is widely recognized for her expertise in design for mental health and neurodivergence, with features in the BBC, The Atlantic, and the Washington Post.
