Köse Appointed Chair of Student Chapters Committee of the Association of Women in Mathematics

Associate Professor of Mathematics Emek Köse was recently appointed chair of the student chapters committee of the Association of Women in Mathematics (AWM.) Her two-year term began earlier this month. The AWM is a leading society for women in the mathematical sciences and is one of the societies comprising the Conference Board of the Mathematical Sciences.
