David Froom's "Variations on an Early American Hymn Tune" for solo piano and "Warm are the still and lucky miles" for chorus have just been published by American Composers Edition. The former of these was premiered by Eliza Garth on August 30 at the Piano Festival on the River, the annual celebration of pianists and piano music held each year on the St. Mary's College of Maryland campus.
