R. Scott Raspa '86 built a highly successful career working for some of the biggest names in information technology: IBM, Oracle, SGI and others - a career he credits to his SMCM education and internship experiences.
Now, Raspa gives back to SMCM as a member of the Board of Directors of the SMCM Foundation, where he helps lead efforts to secure the College's future through private philanthropy. Recently, Raspa and his spouse, John M. Staples, established an endowed scholarship fund and bolstered the College's overall endowment with the largest gift commitment in the College's history - $4 million.
